Boryspil Airport promises to open the new Terminal F in September

New Terminal F of Boryspil Airport, Ukraine, designed for international flights, charters and low-cost flights were not open neither in April nor on the 24th of August at the Ukraine Independence Day, as it was scheduled before. The new tentative opening date is the first-second decade of September.

Russian language is banned at schools in Ukraine!

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution according to which teachers should speak only Ukrainian at schools with the teaching in Ukrainian language, even during breaks. It is obvious that the main purpose of this resolution is to eradicate Russian language at schools.
Ukrainian teachers from Russian speaking areas of Ukraine are indignant: “How are they going to control us?”

On the 1st of September students and teachers celebrate the Day of Knowledge. On this day bells are riniging in every school, college, institute, university, announcing about the beginning of a school year. It is a serious holiday for all children, but especially exciting it is for little kids, who are going to spend their first day at school.

The oldest in the world 83 year old student lives in Simferopol

The oldest student in the world, 83 year old Galyna Chernova, who lives in Simferopol, Ukraine is looking forward for the beginning of the school year. Last year she entered the economy faculty of the Crimean Institute of Economics and Business Law. Galina mentioned, that it is kind of funny and at the same time sad to learn the economy of the country, which really doesn’t have the economy now. But, she said, it is interesting for her to study.
