The festival of rockabilly & psychobilly culture “Ukrabilly Vybuh!” will be held in Kyiv Bingo club on April 24-25th, 2010. The festival will be held for the sixth time, and it will gather 16 bands from Ukraine and other countries on stage.

In the last six years, “Ukrabilly Vybuh!” has grown into one of Europe’s largest festivals of this kind.

Headliners of the festival will be the legendary British Demented Are Go, who’s been bringing terror to the housewives back in the 80’s and one of the best contemporary teddy boy’s rockabilly teams Black Raven (Germany), and the hope of modern psychobilly scene, the Hungarian band Gorilla.

Headliners from Ukraine, traditionally, will be the founders of the ukrabilly style, Ukrainian band from Rivne Ot Vinta (www.ot-vinta.com). There will be also other Ukrainian bands and bands from Russia and the United States.

In addition to the music program there will be a street festival pre-party with a variety of shows, DJs performances, dances of Kyiv Swing Dance Club, and gifts from Ukrabilly.
